SHAMBHALA MUSIC FESTIVAL

The epic Shambhala Festival is now legendary on the west coast of North America and beyond. Multiple stages, diverse talent, and an incredible mountain BC backdrop, make it one of the most scenic and varied festivals in Canada. Definitely one of the most eagerly anticipated of the summer!
Coz&Fx is all over this year's schedule. Starting with a Labyrinth mainstage set at midnight, the full coz unit plans to lay down a full array of integrated audio visual mayhem. expect the unexpected.
Various other sets, scheduled and renegade, are planned, including integrated visuals from the onbeyond division of cozandfx for adham shaikh's midnight set at the labyrinth on sunday, and immediately following, delve into the explicitly psy scapes of akhentek.
Coz&Fx also take the visuals helm at the beach stage from 8:30-10:30 on saturday night and from midnight onwards on sunday evening.
Look for extra special DJ sets from coz dj's craig mullin, naasko wripple and Sijay James on the beach stage.

Ganga Giri's shows never fail to blow everyone away. Ultra high energy and showmanship, as well as amazingly talented musicianship make for an incredible live performance. His last show in Nelson was packed to the eyeballs and a nonstop heaving swaying mass of crazy dancing.
COZANDFX are ready to do their magic with the SpiritBar screens and serve up a tribal feast of custom imagery sourced specificially for this show. As usual with the COZ crew you can bet there will be plenty of gorgeous clips mixed with a fair share of surprises to compliment the already mindblowing music.
Rumours are the special guest is a heroic tribal legend in his own right. but we wont give away that secret yet.

Nils is their flagship DJ with tons of new music you've likely never heard before.
Adham Shaikh needs no introduction. Solid, World class selections of dance music with flavours from all over the world. Tons of orginal tracks mixed with plenty of unreleased gems from his network of incredible artists.

After successful summer tour in 08, Liquid Stranger returns to Canada for a West Coast tour. Laying the groundwork for his new album due out this coming fall, Liquid Stranger builds on the foundation of his previous release 'The Invisible Conquest' (Interchill 2007) with a focus on more energetic dancefloor material. Drawing on elements of dubstep, breaks, ragga, tribal and glitch the Liquid Stranger sound is sure to be an otherworldly excursion into bass-driven live electronica.
